Delivery Policy
Please read this information regarding your order:
When you place an order ensure that all information given is accurate and complete.
• All orders are subject to product availability. Availability information for products is listed on each individual product description.
• Once you have placed an order the product will be dispatched within 48 hours.
• Goods will be sent to the address given by you in your order.
• Your credit/debit card will be charged for the full value of the goods when your order is placed.
• If we are unable to fulfill any part of the order, we will refund your card as soon as practical and in any case within 7 days.
• Prices and availability of goods are subject to change without notice.
• The advertised delivery charge will be added to your order value.
• If you order a number of items and certain items are out of stock, your goods will be sent to you in installments in which case only one delivery charge will apply.
• Please note that an additional charge of £6.00 will be added to the infinity light to cover additional postage costs.
• For deliveries outside the UK import duties and taxes may be levied on you and you must meet these additional charges. CasaMia is not responsible for these charges.
Delivery Charges and delivery timescales
Standard UK delivery - £4.50
For standard delivery within the UK, the cost of £4.50 is applied to the cost of goods irrespective of weight of the parcel. Orders are sent by Royal Mail and should arrive within 2-3 working days, although this timescale is not guaranteed.
Express UK delivery - £9.00
This can be offered if you require next-day delivery and it is for UK addresses only. For guaranteed next day delivery the orders must be placed before 2pm.
European Delivery - £9.00
This charge applies for addresses anywhere in Europe and will take approximately a week to arrive. Import duties and any other local taxes are not included in this charge and the purchaser is responsible for these.
Rest of the World - £12.00
We will send parcels anywhere in the world and the standard charge is £12.00. Import duties and any other taxes are not included in this charge and the purchaser is responsible for these. The timescale for delivery will vary with the country and it could take from 14 to 30 days.
Infinity Light Delivery Charge – Additional £6.00
Due to the weight of this item an additional £6.00 will added to the delivery charge, irrespective of country.
